Dear all,
I just wanted to check as to whether Corsair AX860W will be enough for an overclocked system with a 8700k @ 5ghz and MSI 1080Ti. The system will have an HDD and 2 SSDs.
I have used a few online calculators and they indicate that the PSU should be more than enough (I understand that the AX is a very good quality product as well), but I had also read that PSU components degrade over the life of the PC and lose about 8-10% of efficiency per year. I just want to make sure that I don't have to face a situation where I have to replace my PSU because it no longer puts out 860W, but say only 650W.
Any advice is welcome.
