PSU for overclocking?

well here is my system:

Antec 900
DFI Lanparty NF4 Ultra D (939)
Athlon 4800+
Zalman 9500AM2 Flower Cooler
Kingston 2x1GB PC3200 DDR RAM with Heatsinks
XFX Geforce 7900GT Extreme Edition w/Zalman Fata1ty Cooler
2x200GB SATA in RAID / 1x300GB IDE / 1x200GB IDE

Im looking for a decent overclok stable psu that meets these requirements:

1, be able to power all the above stability.
2, b e stable when going to be overclocked.
3, Modular for tidyness
4, mains cables long enough to reach the top of the dfi board since psu is at bottom of the 900 case.
and finally
5, and uses a 120mm fan for queitness!

Hope you lot can help me!

Could be? Not cheap, but quality isn't. You're talking about "overclock stable", overclocked hardware doesn't really strain the PSU. I think I put an extra .05V into my processor :) If you were SLI-ing etc then maybe that'd call for a beast, but any decent PSU should be able to run that setup that you describe. Can't speak for the length of the cable, though- I'm thinking I'll get one of these myself, but not yet.
