PSU for this rig

Hello everyone. This is my first rig and just wondering what psu to use for it all i was thinking something along the lines of maybe 750w+ but not sure my rig is

THERMALTAKE CASE KANDALF VA9003BWS BLK WINDOW 25CM FAN
1 x Asus Silent Knight II CPU Cooler
Intel Core 2 Duo E8500 3.16GHz 'Wolfdale' 6MB Cache LGA775
1 x Asus P5Q Deluxe P45 Socket 775 8 Channel Audio ATX Motherboard
1 x OCZ 4GB Kit (2x2GB) DDR2 1066MHz/PC2-8500 Reaper Memory HPC Edition Dual Channel

GPU will be a 4870, HHD will be 500gb+ and the normal dvd/rw drive.
will be looking to overclock at some point when i learn more about it.

You wont need many watts for that. However I would still get something around the 650watt area for future expansion and it's not good running something at max anyway.

either crosair or if you need silent zalman.

Holy cow Batman, 750!! You got an anti-matter reactor in that lot?

Decent 500 would work but if you plan to Crossfire in the future then higher would be sensible.

lol yeah i wasnt sure what to use so i thought 750 would be decent enough lol Also What do u think of the rig any comments would be greatful

I would drop the cpu to the E8400 as the E8500 is not guarenteed to clock any further and is simply not worth the price premium.

Swap the case for something like an Antec P180 or something from Silverstone or Lian Li. Much better quality cases than anything TT makes. I have an Armour so i have experience of TT cases.

Swap the cooler for a Tuniq Tower.
