Yes. But why would it blow. Plus, there are dangerous voltages still inside after it has been switched off. It is possible to kill yourself from the capacitors. My guess is the internal fuse blew because a capacitor blew.

As the others mentioned, If you don't know the exact reason why the fuse blew, don't open it.

the swithch 230v and 115v switch was on the 115v setting

Do you mean the plug fuse?

if so then open the plug and change the fuse with the correct size fuse (probably about 10A)

however if you are talking about opening the PSU unit itself I'd heavily advise against doing so as they can still be charged for weeks, if you are not qualified to do so then I'd get a new one or try an RMA.

its the internal fuse and it went about 5/6 months ago
