PSU going to be enough for this?

Putting together a new build on Tuesday and was wondering if my current 650w PSU will be enough? Spec as follows:

i5 2500k
Asus P8P67 LE
Crossfire HD 6870's
1x DVD drive
1x SSD
3x HDD

Just opened up my case to check what the PSU was (Been years since I put it in there), turns out it isn't 650w, it's 500w and just a cheapo. Forgot that I'd replaced my 650 about 2 years ago!

Damn, more overdraft attack I reckon

What PSU would people recommend for up to £60'ish ?

Free MW3 is very attractive, think the PSU will be ok with that spec?

Aah didn't see that with the connectors, the fact it's modular is good too, think I'll go with that one since I'll be wanting to tidy up my cables.

What board would people suggest I replace that one with which is similar price to get the most from my Crossfire?
