PSU good enough for GTX 260?

My first post so Hi.

I got my eye on this card

Will my psu have enough power for it?
Hiper type M 580 Watt peak load 630 Watt
+12v 1 rail 20A
+12v 2 rail 18A
combined total max +12v = 30A at 360W

rest of the system is,
P5K deluxe (P35 chipset)
Q6600 at 3.0 ghz (333x9)
2GB DDR 2 1066 mhz
X-FI soundcard
1 500 GB sata HDD
1 DVD/CD-RW
2 case fans

Your PSU should be fine. I run exactly the same card on a Corsair 520W PSU without issue.

The Gainward 260 Golden Sample is a great card.

I run an overclocked gtx260 with an Antec 500w PSU no problems, same motherboard aswell so I'm sure you'll be fine
