psu good enough?

I have a bit of spare money, will this psu be good enough for my specs + a 8800gts? ( overclocked prescott, 5 hdd's, 5 80mm fans, 1 optical , and 6 usb devices)
(akasa powerplus 550 watts)

It's sli verified but one of mates says it may be too poor...
Psu has 2 6pin peg conenctors and also 8 pin ( detachable into 2x 4 pin) +12V power...

8800 cards usually need over 600 or is it 700w psu, your amps on the rails are too low i think.

Still with them hdd's you have and the overclock ** using along with them amps on the rails, id still be a bit careful mate.

asked on msn and did a few searches and most people say i need a good branded 400-450 watts psu with 20 amps on both the peg connectors and thats fine, as the peg connectors have their own rail independant from the mainboard, cpu ,etc..., and in the worst combo of rails i have 21 amps, so i should be fine...
