PSU good enough?

Just a quickie will my Corsair TX750 run CF7970 GHZ editions will a little room for overclocking them.
Currently its nicely running a 3770k @ 4.8 and a ATI 6990 @930/1400

Normally you can do with 750W, but I would really change it to a ~850W to play safe.
