This link (offered in all the Haswell CPU product descriptions) does not lead to any information? Is there guidance or are all PSU's offered by OCUK now fully Haswell compatible?

Click on each make & it will come up with all the models each manufacturer makes right now & has made in the past. The list will also tell you whether the model is Haswell compatible.

I wouldn't worry about the whole compatibility thing. In the small chance that the psu didn't work then you can just disable the sleep state in the bios.
