psu help

hi am after a good psu to run the following

2 x gpu
1 x dvd drive
1 x pump
2 x ssd
12 x fans using a fan controler
1 x mb will be a good one may need 2 x 8 pin
and some case lighting

have looked at the 1200 ax put dont want to spend 250 if i can help it but also dont want to get a bad one atx form factor

I have that xfx 850 and can thouroughly recomend it. Will run any single gpu sli/ crossfire setup. It is made by seasonic, which is the standard really.
