I've just ordered some upgrades, and totally forgot about the PSU, can anyone tell me if my old Corsair HX620 can run this setup;

i5 3570K Ivybridge overclocked to 4.4 at least
16gb DDR3 1600mhz (4x4gb)
2x 560 ti SLi
A SSD
Couple of standard HDDs
A SB Sound Card
4 fans with a Cpu water cooler
+ other low power gubbins

I've done a power consumption calculator and it came out to around 564w needed, but having looked on a few sites people are adamant that i'd need around 700-800w.

Delivery is today, so if it's not going to be enough, I'd like to put an order in for tomorrow.

Thanks.

You should be ok, UGuru measured 450w with the gpus at full load, this includes a highend setup as well.

I too would go with at least 700w+. May be overkill, but would be more then enough for what you'll have and future upgrades!

I don't plan to upgrade anything for a good few years after this. Even if I do I can always buy a new PSU then. Will the 620 be sufficient or am I pushing it and going to run into problems?

Took the day off work today to upgrade, kind of annoyed at myself for not remembering to check power needs.

Your kinda pushing it for a 620 to run SLI, multiple HDD's, a water cooler, SSD's.
It will be able to run but its going to very close to the max it can output most the time.

Thanks for the replies. Went and ordered a Corsair TX750 just to be on the safe side, not worth the hassle of having to disassemble and reassemble twice.
