PSU "Hum" normal ?

I bought an XFX 650w PSU last week and have noticed that apart from the fan noise there is a very low pitched "humming" noise resonationg from the PSU.

It almost sounds like a very quiet car ticking over.

Is this normal ? I'm not sure if I'm just noticing the noise more because the rest of my system is near silent or not and I don't want to have to pay to have it sent back and RMA'd only to find the replacement is the same.

I dont remember my crappy Jeantech PSU making the same noise.

I would think it was normal for that sound to be coming from the PSU's based on the transistors and stuff, though i can't be completely sure, i've not researched tonnes into PSU's, maybe someone else knows this brand better?

None of my psu's make a humming noise so no, not normal in my opinion.
