Hi guys,
Couple of quick questions before re-build in a P280 tomorrow:
When the PSU is mounted in the bottom of the case, do people normally mount it so that the fan is drawing air in from under the case (i.e. fan down, as the case was designed), or flip the PSU around so that it draws in warm air from inside the case (i.e. fan facing upwards)? Case will probably be sitting on carpet if that makes any difference...
Will also be removing my cooler and replacing TIM etc. I have some Arctic MX2 that's about 2 years old, and some Arctic silver that I managed to source locally. Presumably the MX2 will not have 'gone off' in any way (I can't see why it would)? Is there much difference between the two?
Cheers
