Another daft question but can I replace the Kettle Plug that came with my 1200w Bequiet PSU with a longer cable? Is there anything to look out for?

Basically my new PC case has a back door and cable track from the top to the bottom so it's harder to pull out my PC now without disconnecting everything. Obviously won't do it if there's a risk to any of the components. :)

Double check the type of plug at the PSU - my Dark Power Pro 1200W has an IEC C19 which is not the same as a kettle plug. The difference is that the pins are all horizontal, the plug is bigger and square.

There's no problem replacing it - you can get premade cables with a C19 on the end in various lengths; they are just a little less common than the usual kettle plug leads.

Thank you I'll do a full inspection tonight. Good job I asked! Lol.
