PSU label explaination

I just picked up a Corsair VS450 PSU, that I am going to use for my 3D printer.

I am just wondering what the -12v is on the label is referring to?

I want to make sure that I connect to the +12v rail, will there be a connection for the -12v?

That -12V is ancient fossil and likely nothing has used it in long time.
Yellow wires are 12V, no matter the connector.
