So as the title suggests, my power supply has begun to make a buzzing sound. Please refer to the following sound clip for a direct recording of the sound.

The PSU in question is the Enermax Liberty 620watt Modular. Basic system specs are, core i5 750, 4GB RAM, 4890, P55-GD80. The whole system has been stable since I constructed it (launch day of the P55-GD80) and to be quite frank sees far to little action. The noise first began around 12 days ago, starting fairly quite and now to the level that the microphone used was around one foot away from the computer.

Any ideas on this one please? It is not the fan, I already stopped it with a pen and the noise continues.

It's either the fan making the clicky sound, or inductor (coil) whine. Either way, Probably easiest to RMA it, as it should not make that sound!
