PSU Mounting- Turnip attack

So I Bought a Super Flower Leadex PSU from OCUK ( Awesome Delivery time) and its time to put it into my case.
I have a Lancool K62 and the PSU vent is at the bottom but the truth is that the PSU looks way cooler with the 140mm Fan faced internally rather than to the bottom

Would this make a huge difference?

I know the air would be cooler below but it looks mince when faced down

No difference.

If the case is on carpet then having the fan facing inwards will stop it sucking in dust etc.
