PSU need Advice!.

Hi, I need some advice to know If I need better PSU or not.

I'm going to be running a
Athlon 64 3800+x2 duel Core.
One SATA Drive.
x2 IDE Drives.
x2 optcal drives.

My current PSU which I use for my athlon Xp3200 is this spec

400w (380w combined power)
+5v 40A
+12V 17A
+3.3V 28A
-12V 0.8A
-5V 0.3A

Do I need a better PSU?,. If so which one do I need that OCuk Sell.

sorry, My graphics card is a Ati X850XT which needs its own power source.

Thanks for all your advice, I've decided to go with the Enermax Liberty 500W, which they recommend having for Duel core systems.
