What is your budget here? If you can afford it then the Corsair as mentioned is a good choice, if not then Enermax offer some suitable models that are a bit cheaper.

Couldnt really tell you depends on your system- i went for the 520w version which is enough for me but with the higer version you wouldnt need to worry i guess
