PSU needed

need to replace my psu today as it's not enough anymore due to the low 12v rails.

is this one good enough to run whats in my sig?

i have 1 HDD and 1 DVD writer, a few fans and a water pump but i'm going back to my hydor pump which is mains powered.

i was a bit weary about it only being 650w though.

edit, i'm not on crossfire no more as i just sold 1 of the cards to fund the psu purchase but i may get another later on
