PSU ok for overclocking?

Would you recommend overclocking with this psu? Hiper Type-M Silent 580w

The full spec is

Intel® Core 2 Quad Q9550

Asus P5N-D (nForce 750i chipset, SLI)

8.0GB Corsair DDR2 800mhz XMS2 (2x 2GB)

Probably looking for a 3.4GHz overclock

Sorry i was just listing the main parts for overclocking- gpu is a 9800GT.

The PSU has enough "real" wattage for this, however the PSU isn't the most reliable PSU when being used with a high powered system, personally I would replace.

I assume you typo'd 8.0 GB of RAM also. You mean 4GB?
