PSU ok?

quick one

intel E6400 dual core
2x2gb cheapo ddr2 800
half decent p35 mobo
1x cheapo 80gb sata hdd
bfg 8800gt oc2 512mb
1x cpu 120mm fan
1x 90mm case fan
1x 120mm case fan
no optical drives

putting it together as a cheap machine for running certain stuff

i have a case with a cheap 350w psu,

Question is, will the psu handle it ok? never tried cheap psu's so i dont know :/

The word cheap and PSU in my view is not a wise choice, in terms of power it will be plenty but it will depend if the PSU can supply it.

do voltage meters work on psu's or will it freak?

Like RJC said, buy a decent PSU if you wish for the components to be safer and supply the power it says it will
