PSU or Mobo issue ?

Hi all,

I'm having an issue where I can't switch the PC via the main switch, the only way to power on the PC is to flick the PSU switch while pressing the main switch a few times. I can't even power up the PC by pressing the power button directly on the Mobo.

Any idea which could be causing the issue ? Preparing to sell it all so kinda wanna know if the Mobo is at fault.

Not got a spare PSU to test right now.

My gut feeling would be the PSU, if the mobo was dead it would not power on at all. You'd need to try out another PSU to be 100% sure however.
