PSU possible failure

Hi,

I purchased a Corsair RM850x 80 plus PSU back in November last year from OC. It's powering a TUF 3080ti GPU, Ryzen 9 5900x and 5 case fans, and 4 SSD's.
It's been fine, But in the last two months I've started having the occasional screen go black while under full load during gaming. the screen comes back like nothing happened.
But then last night after two hours I hear a slight electrical static buzz as the screen turned on and off.

It can't be the OLED TV, as I've had it running all day without pc no issues. And I've watched amazon through PC Low load, for 4 hours now issues.
I'm wandering if the PSU can't handle the load on the power spikes from GPU/CPU during gaming.

Does anyone have any ideas how to know for sure it's the PSU.

I appreciate the help. This issue is driving me nuts. I played dying light yesterday at 120fps for two hours and nothing happened.
Then earlier while I was composing an e-mail, the screen blanked 3 times inside just 1 minute. I'm either having two separate issues at once, or one issue that behaves like two separate issues.

When the screen flashed blank for the third time, I powered the c9 OLED on and off. When coming back on, I noticed that the GeForce compatible display message popped up.
The screen hasn't flashed or done anything weird since. Could this be a GPU driver/OLED firmware issue and Nothing to do with PSU?.

UPDATE: It's an issue that behaves like a PSU/GPU problem. G-SYNC driver software broken last 3 drivers updates. 512.77 is REALLY broken.
Anyone who uses HDMI 2.1 with a 3000 series GPU with an OLED will get this crazy arse glitchy mess.
