PSU power usage

Is there any program that can tell you how much power is being used by your system? I'm considering adding a 460gtx but its only worthwhile if i can still use my current psu...620w corsair.

No in short. You can buy plugs that go between your power cable and the wall that monitor usage though.

However, the Corsair HX620 will eat up most things you throw at it, and will easily power the GTX460, provided as it's not your PhysX card and you have 5870 CF or something.
