PSU powerful enough?

I have an Antec TPQ 850 and i am just wondering if it will be able to power:
2 x 9800GTX+
E8500 CPU
2 x HDD
2 gig ram
EVGA 780i mobo
n a couple of case fans
 
You theoretically have about 45% spare capacity, though I wouldnt actually want to run any 850W psu at an actual 850W (-15%) draw.
 
That 850W is plenty enough for two 9800GTX+'s, however, a 280GTX would be a better buy (the £250+ Gainward model), as it means no SLi (and no need for that sucky 780i NForce motherboard), no microstutter, more free PCI/PCI-E slots and its slightly cheaper (and probably will be faster most of the time).

I hope the poor fella doesn't already have the sucky 780i mobo :)
