PSU Problem

hi guys, i am not to sure about my psu, according to speedfan and SWI my 12v line is running at 10.3v is this bad? i would think so

Speedfan is not the best tool to measure voltages with, they can often be out by quite a bit, if your system is running fine then don't worry. If you really want to check, the best way is with a PSU tester or a multimeter (cheaper but you need to know how to use it).

ok yea i thought the same thing and i tested with a multimeter, i came up with about 11v when it was under load. i would have thought that the psu should have a constant voltage?

it should be putting out 12V +/- 3% = 11.65-12.36
and this is maximum acceptable tolerance, ideally should be less
