PSU Problem

I think my psu has blown. I know there is a test where you link two of the connectors together in the 24 block but cant remember which ones. Can someone help please.

I think it's a bridge between the green wire pin with any of the black wire pins on the 24 pin block (using a paperclip).

Hook up a fan or two before powering it up it though.
