PSU problem.

So I bough a new PSU since my graphics card would display no signal and I put my new PSU in, it is a Corsair TX550M and connected everything up and pressed the power button and nothing.

24 pin is in.
4 pin CPU is in.
Switch is on.

Specs on Sig.

Short the green wire with a black wire on the 24pin connector.

Does the fan spin up?

Just done this. Nothing happened. I assume its dead?

So how do I return it? Does it have to go to Corsair or to OC since its within 30 days?
