Psu problem?

Hi folks just looking for a little advice. I recently bought a gtx660 from fleabay and there was snowy pixels showing up on games and the Nvidia spinning green sign (technical term!). Anyway I didn't learn my lesson and bought another gtx 660 from fleabay this time it works perfect! Now I won't to sli both cards but I think my psu can't handle them. I have an i7 950 pc at 4ghz and an asus p6x58d-e with 6gb ram. 2 hard drives and a bluray writer. My psu is an icute 700as. Supposed 700w! My question (eventually) is would an 850w psu be enough for this setup? And are the ocuk psu's any good?

I've just spent the best part of £210 on 2 graphics cards and my system isn't any better haha. I'm really looking for something that will last and has the power for any more possible upgrades ie more ram or possibly ssd. As cheap as possible really!! Haha
