PSU Query?

Just heard my PSU fan for what i think is the first time, Put my ear next to the case and the PSU is making a buzz. I cant hear it if im not right next to the case but is this normal? I aint too sure

They have sample MP3 files of psu and fan noises, may be the best way to see if its normal
