PSU question... is this OK?

I have a Corsair 620W modular power supply that is a few years old now, but still seems to fine (i think). Doing a new build with the below, just wondering if it's enough. Will it be ok? Is it ok to be using an older PSU with new stuff like this, could it cause any issues?

I have a few other Hard Drives too.
 
I had a Raptor before and felt was a good speed increase over normal drive, but perhaps overrated, not sure. 60GB for the SSD isn't really enough space... my Raptor wasn't much more than and I was always running out of space, having to uninstall programmes and games just to fit something else on. In fact, it's that which is perhaps making me think twice about the Velociraptor. Good to know my PSU is up to it anyway.
 
It will be fine but the more it consumes the noisier it gets. I'm planning to get a fanless PSU for my next system.
