PSU question

Hi all,

Just about finished a build order - what sort of power supply will i need? not looking to have more than 3 hard drives, getting an ati radeon 4850 512mb, 4 gb ram and a q6600 - will a 450watt be enough?

trying to save where i can whilst keeping a decent machine!
