PSU rails

So i asumming its just a marketing trick >.>
What should i look for in psu?

Its a good make (Corsair/Antec/XFX/Coolermaster etc) but these brands usually have the PSU's made for them by other companies and they just stick a badge/label on them.

Its well reviewed at trusted websites such as,

Jonnyguru
Hardwaresecrets
Anandtech
Techpowerup
etc

It doesn't cost £10 and claims to be 600watts, a cheap PSU can never deliver the power it claims and they lack safety protection to prevent damage to your expensive PC components.

Modular cabling is useful to keep the interior of a case tidy, some are more modular than others,

Ah I see.

I quite keen on the XFX 750w or 850w. Im not sure if i want the extra power as im not planning to crossfire/sli anytime soon

Intel i5 sandybridge clocked to 4.0
MSI P67A-C45 Intel P67
Corsair 8GB DDR3 RAM
AMD Radeon 6850
Crucial M4 128GB
Seagate 7200 500GB
TP-Link 300Mbps Wireless-N PCI
Corsair CPU A50 ----> Going to be upgraded to a H100 in the near future
2 200mm led fans and 2 120mm fans

A good 650w will be enough for that spec (including a second 6850) a larger wattage PSU will give you the option of looking at faster more powerful (and thus more power hungry) cards in the future.

the XFX 850W XXX Edition Modular is nearly always on offer and at the same price as the 750w version so if in no hurry wait a few days and keep eye on it
