PSU Recommendation - 600-650W - decent manuf. support a must

I've had a chain of poor experiences with PSUs - in the last 5-6 years I've had

a Coolermaster (got noisier and noiser until I gave-up - it's in a drawer for emergencies only)
Corsair 450M (first one was replaced when fan failed - second had noisy fan from 'new' but they wouldn't replace until it failed which it did after the overall warranty was out - 2.5 years from 'new')

Finally I caved and threw money at a BeQuiet Pure Power 11 but at 20 months old the fan is clicking/ticking louder every day and whilst they'll 'warranty' it I have to return it to Germany (it will cost me £15-20 just to post it - they could easily demand that to return it - not worth the effort)

So....

I need a 600-650W power supply - Mobo/CPU, single 8pin GPU, single SATA is all I need - quiet-as-possible - actual proper support available in the UK would be nice!!!

Not touching the above brands obvs - I'm looking at the Seasonic CORE line but there's almost no reviews/information about them which worries me a bit

Any ideas?

Thanks!

Core is at most mid level serie with costs cuts here and there (one of those being cheaper fan) along with just seven year warranty.

As nice as it sounds, I tend to ignore long warranties because in my experience you don't really claim beyond the 2-3 year point because it's never a 'free' fix.

Within the 2 years you can hold a retailer responsible but beyond that the manuf. can impose any rules they like - this BeQuiet has to be sent back Germany (at my cost) just for them to evaluate if it's a warrantable repair!
I'm 99.9999% certain it's the fan (as slowing it changes/stops the noise) but it's not present 100% of the time so they could just power-it-up and declare it to be fine and I'm out a PSU or 2 lots of international postage - not ideal is it?

If this PSU were 5 years old I'd not waste the postage - if it were a £150 1000W effort I might think different but a £70-80 PSU has done it's work in 2-3 years - I could just throw-in a new fan tbh - I might even still do that - we'll see!

By way of an update, a friend is lending me a Corsair RM 650X (I think he said it's one of those anyway) - this means I can return or test-and-fix the BeQuiet one AND I get to see if it's quiet enough

It's already had over a year in a gaming PC so I reckon there will be noises and rattles - we'll see tomorrow tho

Thanks for the replies and info - super helpful!

Update 2: RM 650X is installed and - erm - I'm a bit glad I didn't buy it - will be looking again at above recommendations if the BeQuiet isn't repaired!

It's silent - which is a surprise and very nice - but the way Corsair design their modular cables is terrible.

Every modular cable ends (peripheral end) with a 2-3" wrapped-up/flex protected segment about 1" from the plug which makes 'from the back to the board' connections really hard
You have to bend the cable at 90/180 degrees RIGHT at the connector and then route that 2-3" 'solid section' to "somewhere" - makes you wonder if they tried installing this on an actual PC...

No-one actually has cable going straight-up from the motherboard do they? I have 'upfacing' GPU PCIEs (why do they do that!?) and it was a fight just to stop Corsair's cable hitting the case lid - I don't like the nasty bend it had to take to avoid that and the CPU connector is similar

The BeQuiet used WAY better cabling - and I learned to check that before buying a PSU so not all is lost!!
