PSU Recommendation please.

Hi,

Recently completed a new build, and the PSU (from an old build) seems to be dead.
The new power supply will be running the following:

Gigabyte Radeon RX 580 Gaming 4096MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card
Gigabyte GA-AB350M-Gaming 3 AMD B350 (Socket AM4) DDR4 Micro ATX Motherboard
AMD Ryzen 5 Six Core 1600X 4.00GHz (Socket AM4) Processor - Retail

.....and housed in Phanteks Eclipse P300

If you don't mind fixed cables the Superflower Platinum King 550w is on special until tomorrow lunchtime(ish). It is Platinum rated and has 546w on the 12v rail and a 5 year warranty.

Even better and what I would be buying if I was looking for a new psu right now would be the Seasonic Focus Plus 650w which is a steal at the same price as the 550w version until tomorrow lunchtime(ish). It has 648w on the 12v rail and a whopping 10 year warranty. You can read a review of it here.

Thanks for your reply pastymuncher. The PSU is for my son, so we'll be going for the cheaper option.
