PSU recommendation

Need a recommendation for a power supply for the system in my signature.

I want it as quiet as possible with some headroom for upgrading the graphics card and which a decent efficiency (80+ certified)

Cheaper the better

I know you said cheap as possible but if there is one piece of advise I give you its
DON'T go cheap on a PSU you will regret it big time dude.

A little bit expensive, would a 600watt suffice if it had an ~85% efficiency?
The most i'll ever upgrade to is a 670 and that will be in at least a year.

Reviews say the cables are a bit short which may be a problem since I want to tuck them all away.

Either way, def plausible

Always buy the best you can, psu's are more reliable working between 50 > 70% load.

yeah it's good. Mainly choosen for white builds, but it's a good PSU. Will power any single modern GPU.
