Can anyone give me any idea as to whether my PSU will run what I want?

Case: Antec 902
Mobo: P5Q Pro P45
PSU: Q6600
GPU: HD4850
HDD: Seagate SATA 500Gb
RAM: 2*2Gb 1066MHz
PSU: OCZ Xstream 600W
Freezer Pro 7 cooler

I'm sure 600W will be fine for what I have right now, but I'm going to overclock the Q6600 to around 3-3.2GHz, and I may install another 4850 in crossfire. If I did these, would my 600W still run the system? Just wanting to know before I go ordering the 4850, because if I do need a new PSU, I might aswell buy it now.

From what I have read, a certified 600W would be fine but the issue with OCZ is that there are question marks over what power they put out compared to what they claim to...

Well, everywhere I read had good reviews on the stealth XStream, some said the "true" power is 700W, so I'm assuming that it's definitely putting out at least 600W. It's running my system fine right now, at least (although I will overclock my CPU to at least 3-3.2 for now), just wanting to know if it'll safely take another graphics card.
