Generally speaking, you can guess how reliable a model is likely to be simply by looking at warranty length. Or you can l at the psu tier list on the ltt forums for some guidance.
That corsair one is most likely fine, iirc the RM line is pretty good.

The 2025 RMe series are not as good as the units they replaaced and have a shorter warranty of only seven years instead of 10 years previously. I wouldn't touch the new Corsair RMx series either as there have been quite a few failures of these new units.

The Superflower Leadex III Gold 1000w is actually cheaper than the RM1000e and is a better psu with a 10 year warranty.

The RMe is a step down from most of the 10-year PSUs and I'd say they rarely sell it cheap enough.

For your budget, I would look at Antec's HCG Pro, which is like Seasonic's Vertex, but minus 2 year of warranty.

Is that still maintained? I've been using SPL's PSU tier list lately.

Still don't no which one to buy . Any more advice thanks
Which are your main choices?

You can find reviews for most models on one of: TechPowerUp, THG, hwbusters and anandtech.

I'd recommend checking SPL's tier list, and/or LTT's suggested above.

Oh, I dont know, I haven't bought a PSU in many years so assumed it was still there.
Yeah, it is still there, but I get the impression it isn't updated anymore.

What about this version what’s people’s thoughts.

CORSAIR RM1000x SHIFT Fully Modular ATX Power Supply - 80 PLUS Gold - ATX 3.0 - PCIe 5.0 - Zero RPM - Modular Side £155 Amazon

Corsair has a great warranty as I had to use it on my five years old rm850x.
You can use a online psu calculator to see the psu power you need.
