Hi,

My new Corsair TX650M's Switch doesn't work anymore, The other day i went to turn the switch off and it felt like it was bouncing back, After a bit of force it switched off but has no effect on the PSU at all.

I can turn the switch on and off and the PC has no reaction.

Is it possible to replace these switches or is their something i can try to fix ?

Thanks

If the PSU is still in warranty I would RMA. Otherwise I would simply bridge the switch out as it's not really needed. Just pull the plug out if you need to isolate.

It isn't a major problem for me it's just the lights on the MSI Mpower are so bright when on standby i can barely sleep lol.

I will just unplug from the wall, I can't be bothered to rma and re do my cable management for a switch :p

to replace the switch you would have to open the psu, which will void the warranty anyway.

as you say turn it off at the wall, or cover the light with something.

i have a similar problem, my netgear router has a large round clear wap key button on top and underneath is about 5 or 6 blue leds. at night its like a rave.

i'd never go in either, was just saying, such a hard part to find, i'd rma it, but it may be user error etc and not a fault so might not be covered for user damage etc

but worth a try
