Psu rubbish?

OK, having some problems overclocking my current machine and I think it's due to my aging antec 380watt psu from my sonata.

I can't seem to get a stable overclock at all with my p4 630 3.0ghz. I'm using a abit ag8, 2x512mb of crucial pc4000 and a geforce 6800gs.

The 12v line is sitting at 11.9v. IS this too low? Is my psu to blame?

That rail isnt horrendous but its not good. What are the 5v and 3.3v rails sitting like?

Is that 12v measured using a multi-meter? my 3.3 measures 3.07 in mbm5 but its 3.27 using a multimeter.

the measurements are with a multimeter yeah. Abit eq reads slightly lower for some reason. My other lines are about 0.15v down too

could run occt and would show stress of rails with the test, but as u have ure own volt meter probably already know what to do.
