I've never used sleeving but I know you have to do a lot of work to do it..

However if you had a role of sleeving that's open and has buttons or velcro every 20cm? You could wrap it round each cable do it every so often.

Bang your done much quicker.

Just and idea shoot me down if I'm missing something maybe velcro all the way along on the inside

Would not work for different colours per pin but might work for all together

if im thinking what you are thinking, do you mean lengthways?

so, you put the wire down alongside the edge of the sleeve then "roll" it up like a cigarette paper?

if so, in a perfect world it would probably work, but unfortunately it just wouldnt....

the mass of velcro would just be too much, so each wire would be massive.
glue could work, but you wouldnt be able to remove it.

sleeving doesnt actually take that long, if you have the right tools, and the PSU plays ball. i sleeve my builds and have done some for other people too, and i can do a 24 pin in around 1.5 hours, a sata lead takes seconds and molex/sata power take about 45 mins each i reckon (due to the amount of cutting/heat shrink etc)

i honestly dont think you could do sleeving better than is already available, if you dont ant to put the time and effort in, buy pre sleeved cables, if you do want to put the time and effort in, then get results that look fantastic :D
