PSU Sparking?

If a PSU appears to be sparking, and a distinct burning smell coming from inside, it has had it, right?

The pc stayed on, so I assumed that nothing else is damaged, it's an Antec Smartpower 450W PSU, and also, is there any way to not have to fax an RMA request to antec without using their US number, I can't seem to find anything else.
