PSU swap over by OCUK

Hi i was just wondering if it is unusualfor OCUK to swap something you have purchased for something which is more shall i say suitable for example...i purchased the Cooler Master Elite Power 500W psu but then when i got the text about delivery it had been swapped for the OCZ ZS Series 550W '80 Plus Bronze' Power Supply :D
 
i know lol because the email came through on my iphone and i was like huh :confused: i dont remember ordering that psu because i ordered the cooler master and the msi 6850 graphics card not for nothing serious but just so i could plug my pc into my plasma but anyways im glad and thanks for that ocuk if your looking lol much appreciated a double thumbs up!
 
and sorry no i didnt get a call or anything to say and the ocz psu is going for 44 which is more than the coolermaster anyways i better keep my trap shut lool!
 
Hmmm, strange that it was just changed. However you have got a infinitly better unit for the same price! Good times.

AHH what thanks for that man seriously i can imagine that you guys must be really cool with each other because i have never ever in my life known something like that to happen, thanks a lot seriously! nice to see people are still willing to do good favours out of just doing good favours. 100 perscent good customer service..hopefully when i go to buy my amd bulldoser proccessor you give me the I7 instead LOOL! take care.
