PSU Switch

I had a problem with my SSD drive so I have been troubleshooting it for the last week. Got to the bottom of the problem as my SSD drive needed a firmware update.

However now I have a different problem, the switch on the PSU won't go into the off position it keeps flicking back to the on position.

The computer powers up and runs fine and I guess I am lucky it stays in the on position.

Anyone know why its doing this, as I say if I press on the power switch it won't stay there and flicks back to the on position.

Worth sending an email to Antec customer support... Might need to RMA it however.

Not sure its worth the hassle of returning it as its stuck in the ON position rather than the OFF. Exactly the opposite of this

If it was stuck in the OFF position it would certainly be an RMA or time for a new PSU, I suppose I should count myself lucky its stuck ON rather than OFF.

I would also probably have to pay the return costs which could be quite expensive on such a heavy item.

Ace Modder is the Antec rep on here. Might be worth running it past him?

Thanks just sent him an email, not too worried about this as the PC runs fine otherwise.

Yeah as you say it would be worse if it was stuck in the off position
