PSU that helps with coil whine

Not sure how much difference this makes but I understand the Silverstone Gold series PSU's have capacitors that help reduce the effects of coil whine.

Has anyone had experience with this PSU or similar offerings, and do they make a notable difference?

Thanks,
Chris.

I had a Be Quiet Dark Power Pro P8 PSU which generated coil whine under low load situations which is the worst imo as you can hear it quite well as the PC is relatively quiet. I put up with this for a year or so and RMA it back to Be quiet in Germany. They have replaced it with a new 1000W P8 PSU within a week. I wouldn't think that coil whine is a typical and common problem for PSU's, but I'm not sure on this.

I didn't really explain myself properly in my OP. Basically, my GPU emits a buzzing noise, I hear certain PSU's have capacitors either on the PCI-E cables or internally in the PSU to assist with reducing coil whine and wondered if anyone had any experience of the effects, or if it just a marketing gimmick.
