I’ve got my eye on a Silverstone St1300-Ti and it is currently in the E Tier of the list. I had a quick scan of their methodology, and while it seems solid from tiers A-D, they mention that PSUs in the E tier can be there because they can be “units there are too little information on to be reliably tiered.
Anyone got any experience with this PSU, or any comments on the reliability of the Tier List?

Why that psu in particular? It's very expensive at a penny under £300 plus it's discontinued now. You are better off going for a modern up to date psu and sticking to something Gold rated because you will never save enough electricity to make up the massive price premium of Titanium.
Thought I could get it for cheaper :). Looking at a CoolerMaster MWE 1250 Watt gold, haven’t seen anyone say anything too bad about it, except the rma process. Hard to find psus nowadays with 5 pcie/cpu slots. C1200 only has 4 and doesn’t come with a 12vhwpr to 2x8pin pcie like ASUS’ ones do. Same with be quiet I think.
