Nvidia recommend at least 650, but for future headroom (especially if you like high-end cards) I'd suggest 850, but this is beyond your budget.

Spend the budget and get something like the RM750e.
Prices have increased a little of late and you could wait for a special on a platinum rated PSU to pop up for ~£100 but that's not really necessary.
Just don't go for a generic PSU that promises a million watts and costs £50. It'll be too dangerous to use.
