you're sort of missing the cpu from the list.
nevertheless, even with a quad core a 350w brand psu will be more than you'll ever need.

That will be the coolermaster - Clicky or OCZ.
My favourite is the Corsair 520w but that is a little out of the price range.

Good 300W PSU would be enough if you could find one. That graphics card is very power efficient:

It should be fine - as said, the 4770 is easy on the ol' juice.

If you're intending to upgrade the graphics card much, however, I'd look at 500W+

unless it's x2 or god knows whatever extreme overclocked monster, 500w is still overkill for one vga card.

Yes, that would be alright, but if cable management (ie. the PSU being modular) is not a priority, I would be inclined to go for one of the 2 Corsairs I linked to (the 450w would be ideal).

450 -500w should be fine, it won't draw that much but you also don't want to be loadng the psu near it's limit.
