I currently have this PSU.

The only problem I have with it is that it's too noisy. So I'd like to replace it with another, thats a bit quieter, and whilst I'm at it a little more powerful, something about 550w. It doesn't have to be modular, but it is preferable.

Any suggestions?

No specific budget, but I'm not spending more than about 80-100 on it :)

I know you can't always go by specs, but what is the fan rated at on the Corsair?

Edit: Mines the 480w Easycon, not the one I linked to...

If the new PSU is still new, you can send it back as it's advertised as a 'silent psu' surely?...

If you're gonna buy new though, just go with something that has 1 120mm fan on the underside, that way the only noise produced is inside the PC. So something like the Corsair, Enermax Liberty, or any of other popular PSU... etc... ;)
